In this 1.6 years of experiece i have worked from backend to frontend processes .
my experience ranges from creative skills to operation skills.

In tata communication i worked on linux systems and worked on firewall to proxy , their i learned lot of creative skills for performance .

in orange business services i am more of oprational kind of person ,completing my daily tasks , within time limit , managing customer networks , coordinating with them , mainly dealing with L1 , and L 2 operations . resolving incidence . in this process i am slowly developing my good decision making skills for future.

As per goals i want to develop three basic skills in the correct and right manner as per world need , these skills are :
1) good strategic leader
2) good operational leader
3) good people leader.

right now i am in an environement which gives me more opportunity to develop good operational skills.
