The induction programme for the new recruit is for 21 days in house which comprises of product, process and behavioral training.
The finer points and nuances of sales are dealt in detail. The 21 day period also includes a trip to the Zydus manufacturing plant at Changodar Ahmedabad and Zydus R&D centre.
Content development and keeping the fast evolving scientific information updated was exciting. I loved to enthuse and inspire the raw talent coming from the hinter lands of India in to result oriented young men with dreams in their eyes.
