For the last 10 years I am working in the field of IT Solutions Development, Services, & Consultancy with TCS, and delivering best-in-class IT Services and business values to some of our big European clients. It has been an enriching experience that has helped me to grow professionally and personally, throughout these years. Today when I look back, I see myself picking up fundamentals of new technologies as they emerged, and learning tricks of the management trade as I plodded along.

In the most recent role, I played the role of Service Delivery Manager, managing a team of 70+ and providing ITIL-modelled services for diverse mission-critical business applications (from CUI-based legacy to web-facing AJAX/Tibco/Oracle systems).

While currently I am in the role of Digitization Leader for one of the industry services units of TCS, providing digitized solutions to the internal needs of an associate group of about 4000+ size, I stand confident in managing any IT engagement or program that facilitates today's technology-driven business world.
