Being my self hearing handicapped since joining the Canara Bank, I did my duty sincerely and to the satisfaction to my soul. However day to day affairs in all the services is not negotiable as that's common to one and all. I am also social minded man, so that arranged several conferences with regard to physically challenged persons developments. It also encourage me to catch public support in professional gaining for deposit mobilization, marketing, social & recreational endeavors etc. Being am included in several International & National Biographical Note could be catch public contact in whole, so that it will build my efforts in catching bank's financial mobilizations like deposit and other allied structures. I am also awarded special certificates from my employer for deposit mobilization and also for involving in banks distance education.

Recently Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Govt.of India, directed to the Ministry of Finance, Banking Division, New Delhi about to promote me to Middle Management Grade Scale-II [Manager] under disabled persons quota at Canara Bank, and matter pending with IR Department at Ministry of Finance[Banking],New Delhi.

    My efforts in writing each subjects for Previous & Final year M.A. examinations with an average of 15 pages for each subjects in post graduate examinations conducted by above university is in fulfilled, as I have not got sufficient marks due to bad politics, and my efforts to set right the marks awarded me in the marks certificate was not able to get any fruitful results at different authorities like Chief Commissioner for Disabilities,Govt. of India, New Delhi.

Have a close contact with general public enable me to catch deposit mobilization support, public campaign etc.Besides this being am hearing impaired married to another two legs crippled orthographically handicapped lady employed in LIC of INDIA and fulfilled her life with two children, own house, handicapped driven car etc, and am did my capacity in assisting every body especially disabled person to solve their grievances with amicable settlement, heading conference about disabled persons welfare actions, writing developmental articles etc.
