I co-founded Radix Learning along with Dr. K R V “Raja” Subramanian in January 2007. Based on long research and brilliant concept from the founding team, I co-founded this company that offers learning consulting services and creates innovative, interactive learning products that are ready-to-use directly off the web.

Prior to co-founding Radix Learning, I was part of the founding team at Ascendum Systems since March 2000 and have seen the company grow profitably through its initial birth pangs. While shaping the business operations at Ascendum into a highly reliable delivery vehicle that has been the delight of customers, I took on various roles that involved business operations, client services, business development and sales.

I hold a diverse business & market experience, having successfully created sales opportunities in Knowledge Management, Application Development & Maintenance, Lifecycle Product Management, Internet Content Provisioning & Portals, and Learning Solutions. I have also actively participated in infrastructure planning, talent scouting & transformation, enterprise resource planning, and nurturing business alliances.

Prior to joining Ascendum Systems, I worked at the prestigious "Center for Software Development" (CSD) in BITS, Pilani and was one of the principal architects of India’s first Virtual University, "BITS Virtual University".

I am constantly looking for new ways to improve my skills, to enhance my network - and to see opportunities in the marketplace that I can make use of.
