I have 11 years of experience in various areas of Corporate Finance, with focus on Management Accounting (Financial Planning, Analysis, Budgeting, MIS). I specialise in making sense of the business using numbers (financial & operational). I have also been involved in over 6 successful M&A transactions in various capacities till date (both pre- & post-merger experience). Have exposure to Oracle, SAP R/3 & SQL environments, and have worked in a range of industries in various locations in India & UK.

My primary interest and passion is business modelling.

I have also been involved with a few startups, particularly at the pre-financing stage. I assist these ventures by utilizing my business modelling & planning skills, and helping them analyse the business environment.

Additionally I'm a member of CoR of IT-BHU & on interview panels of two respected B-schools. I also take a few lectures on various aspects of Corporate Finance at certain B-schools.
