Nandita Saikia’s Summary

I focus on non-contentious intellectual property issues coupled with media & entertainment transactions.

Over the last ten years, I have had three books published (on copyright, business communication and women's rights), and have contributed to a number of anthologies and other publications on subjects ranging from violence to education.

My experience encompasses work as a litigator, journalist, editor, website content co-ordinator, as the Content Manager of the Indian National Campaign for the Youth Caucus of the UN's WSIS, and as a guest lecturer of music history.
