I worked with TechM as a contractor for British Telecom on two projects.

The first was a fault management application that would collect and analyze results of tests performed on BTs physical network in UK. The results of these tests would provide insight on line quality and broken connections to field engineers or other BT systems via web applications and web services .

The second project I worked on was BTs primary network traffic management application used by BT traffic managers. This application could send and parse commands and responses to a variety of network equipment that could shape traffic flow in BTs telecom network. It also had a fault logging and scheduling module that could create and initiate actions to be performed according to a schedule as well as store the conversations leading up to the creation of the schedule and the linked actions to be performed on the network.
