Planning and executing plans to reduce turn around Time (TAT). Ensure to meet deadlines in a pressured environment and achieve target before specified TAT.
Handles executive level recruitment needs but also caters to the staffing requirements of clients.
Business development (responsible for entire sales process- from lead generation, cold calling, sales visits). Preparing Business proposals, presentations, contract negotiation, and execution to existing clients and new prospective clients.
