As work started growing, We shifted to a small rented place near by our house. The number now grew to six including Vijay and Suresh. Meanwhile a client from Dubai knowing about their growth plans and promising them good business visited their office. The small 100 sq. ft. office with just a table and fan didn’t appear like a potential Software company to the client and the relationship ended abruptly. This was enough of a setback for someone working hard to prove themselves.
Accepting the setback as challenge .......
The need of hour demanded having facilities like a Corporate Office for more clients to put their faith, adequate software development infrastructure and good facilities for employees.
The First major Milestone for Vidushi was achieved in year 2005 after acquiring a state of the art corporate office in the same premises. This office had aesthetic looking Interiors, Automatic Door systems, Modern Gadgets like LCD Displays and Projectors, AC, separate Cabins for Department Heads.
The Second Milestone for Vidushi was Vidushi Gyanpeeth a separate development center on the same floor for 60-70 Developers. ....
The company is all set and geared to meet the CMMI Level 5 Certification and reach a target of 500+ employees. It also has plans to open support offices in Australia, US and Middle East. Along with support and well wishes of its dedicated employees it would certainly be one of the respected Global Software Companies.
