Established & Managed the Pharmaceutical industry & complied with, total EEC standards (Equavalent to ISO 9000 Standardisation) , Travelled vastly in the African Continent meeting employees & Resolving all kinds of Personal & Professional Greviances. The poor state of Manpower in that subcontinent taught me what Hunger , Poverty & illitercy meant. Employees were given training by me "Personally". Our company rule Book stated that we had to Train a Worker trainer for training the local colleagues(employees) on the"yellow Book" (Code of conduct ) & we were supposed to monitor the progress of the Output & Quality of Product after the training, ..But i Initiated the training Myself . The effort was acknowledged by the C.O.O, I was the only indian to have operated and co-ordinated with overseas clients and the HR deptt successfully, infact acted as a Dy .C.O.O in his absence & hence got a chance to travel on his behalf across the AFRICAN continent.
