To Launch the low cost store model with Minimum Capex Cost
- June 2011 to Present
Team Members: Vivek SharmaWas the team lead for the entire project with responsibility of launching the store and also to make the store profitable when it’s operational. To check the feasibility to launch the Low cost model of Stores in H.P with minimum Capex investment and also the low Opex cost. Have successfully launched 3 Super Mini COCO’s (Stores) in H.P, Solan, Shimla, and Nerchowk Mandi. The Project has been a great success and the all stores are ROI positive in the 2'nd month of their operations. In Nerchowk the Capex Investment of the company was zero as all the investment has been made by the owner of the shop. The Store model has been recognized nationally and rolled out in other circles also.
